SBI Holdings agreed to acquire Bitbank for 46.7 billion yen ($288.6 million) in a deal that would make the Japanese crypto exchange a wholly owned subsidiary, pending regulatory approval.The deal is scheduled to close around October 2026 after aJapan Fair Trade Commission review and other transaction conditions are met.
