Lido begins consolidating $16 billion worth of staked ETH as Curated Module v2 rolls out
Lido launches its biggest Core Protocol upgrade since V2, beginning the consolidation of more than 8 million ETH onto Ethereum’s larger post-Pectra 0x02 validators.The move will raise the share of staked ETH on 0x02 validators to about 52% from 32% and is expected to cut Ethereum’s total validator count by about one-third, easing network load.
