HIVE Digital Technologies announced a private offering of $75 million in 0% exchangeable senior notes due 2031 to fund GPU procurement, data center expansion, and general corporate purposes.The company also received conditional approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange, with shares expected to transition from the TSX Venture Exchange to the TSX around April 30.
